Okay, I can't sleep so I'll do one more of these tonight.
I'll go through a bunch of cards that I didn't vote for and explain why. The idea is to help people figure out why their card didn't get votes. Hopefully this is helpful.
Falcon Lancer: I know all elements aren't equal in all areas, but compare this creature to abomination briefly. It costs the same, but has better stats, the airborne passive, and a fairly impressive creature control ability.
Fast attack: It's adrenaline only for your weapon. Would be slightly OP in a flying weapon deck, and not really useful most other places.
Focused Tornado: This is pretty much identical to Firebolt, only in
. Besides,
kinda has a lot of creature control already.
Tornado: Doesn't seem useful to me. Most air creatures already have the airborne passive, and it's only useful against one shield. The upgrade is less useful for creature control, and this card will never actually kill any creatures, even after a 2 or 3 turn delay. And enough with the twister/whirlwind/tornado cards already, nothing against any one of them but I think I've seen 5 or so variations on this.
Shuriken: It's automated flying weapon where you draw another one as soon as you play one. Just accelerating drawing cards is a really powerful ability, being able to draw a specific card at will doesn't sit well with me.
Roost: The concept doesn't really fit with all flying creatures, and implied sex in card games makes me feel awkward. Upon reading up on it the possibility of dragon rushing with this isn't as great as I thought it was at first, but I still don't find this one that inspiring.
Air Temple: Very situational, and not really a situation that comes up very often. Could be useful against the graboid deck, but can't see it doing much anywhere else.
Distortion: Is this a shield? Because this looks a lot like fog . . .
Wind of Alignment: Very, very strange. 99% of the time I feel like this would be no help at all, then that last 1% it would instantly and completely shut down your opponent's deck. Odd concept for a shield. . .
If you think I've misrepresented you card this is your chance to change my mind and possibly the minds of anyone else who misinterpreted your card the same way I did.
