The only thing wrong with using my idea as an example is that my idea is extremely difficult. Can you think of a way to finish a game with no permanents, creatures, or cards in your hand? This competition is obviously for the first person who does it. It would take a lot of skill to design a deck that could do this successfully.
Is it really that hard? SuperNovas, Ball Lightnings, Bolts, Poisons, and Lightning. You could even choose to use creatures and just destroy them using your own cards. It sounds like it could be tedious at first, but it wouldn't take too long to do.

Ok, I'll change the second one then. I guess it sounds harder than it actually is.

And Kuro, there is really only a first place, although you could do a second and third, since it is a bracketed tournament. The winner of each battle is determined by the judges. It's usually pretty easy to tell who won a flame war (in this case referred to as battles).

Edit: Astaroth, I think my new screenshot competition is something you wouldn't have a problem with. It doesn't involve voting and the winner isn't determined by the first person who wins.

I love the creativity behind "Flame War" but it has about as good chances of becoming a reality as did the "Lets All PM SPAM to Scaredgirl" competition idea.

I suggest you think of something else.


New rule: we will put ALL the ideas on vote (not only 10 like the original plan was ). This way everyone gets a chance.
