SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Round 4):

• The COST of your unupped card has to be equal to the total number of votes you have accumulated throughout this entire competition, divided by 10. (Round up or down if necessary – for example: if you have 37 total votes, divide it by 10, and you have 3.7 or ‘4’ for the COST)

This round requirements are really hard, i'll see what comes into my mind!

Both the unupped and upgraded card forms must have different mechanics UNLESS it’s an Other card.

Does this mean both unupped and upgraded need new mechanics or are we referring to Toadfish | Pufferfish kind of cards?

If the card is a permanent, its ability must -snip- OR it requires stacking

Would pillars count?

In regards to the creature restrictions, is the healing only to the player, or could it be directed to anything?  Would buffing a creature's health count as healing per se?

Toadfish | Pufferfish are okay cards; they have two different mechanics technically, but centered around the same theme (poisoning/infections).

Directed to anything, and buffing a creature's health can count as healing, yes.
