NOTES:
- Most passive skills when removed have the simplest resolution.  A Chimera who loses its passive "chimera" skill does nothing.  Losing Swarm just leaves that creature's HP at what it was at the time, etc.
- If a creature has any status and can be targeted, it will be affected.  That includes momentum, adrenaline, poison, frozen, delayed, and gravity pull

I've kind of got a bad feeling about this one.. that it is broken or something... Let me know..

Um. Please do not remove Passive Ability's permanence.
The permanence of a passive ability is a great tool for Card Design.
If I want to have a debuff (like Absorb :light) that ability would be coded as a passive ability.

Well you have to spend quanta to remove the debuff such as absorb :light

Just like you have to spend quanta to buff a creature.

What's so different? I mean if it is OP'd ability price can be adjusted can't it.

Either way, if something is terribly wrong, I could switch it to "target receives 1 damage and removes any status effects"

It is more that passive abilities are the last refuge for a designer to place irremovable characteristics on cards.
Usually irremovable characteristics can nerf an otherwise Broken card back to being on par.

Possible.. but I feel its UP, and a little narrow as far as potential strategies.

could be used to remove negative status from your own creatures at the sacrifice of some health, or could be some weak CC.

I like the above suggested ability, it's a good counter to Arenaline, Gravity Force, and Momentum that way.
