Um. Please do not remove Passive Ability's permanence.
The permanence of a passive ability is a great tool for Card Design.
If I want to have a debuff (like Absorb ) that ability would be coded as a passive ability.
Well you have to spend quanta to remove the debuff such as absorb
Just like you have to spend quanta to buff a creature.
What's so different? I mean if it is OP'd ability price can be adjusted can't it.
Either way, if something is terribly wrong, I could switch it to "target receives 1 damage and removes any status effects"
