Starting hand do not include Uroboros. if you have 3 Uroboros, first 3 times you draw a card , this card would be Uroboros. sorry my english is so bad. I changed the text. Hope it will be better. Your can not draw another card and Pillar until your don"t have Uroboros in your deck. If players add too much this card in the deck it would slow down the deck.

I agree fully on the unupgraded.

Given the ability of the upgraded, I think 12 for a 15|15 is actually ok.

The reason is that it will be the last creature in your deck so:
1) It will be very hard to get to.
2) Unless the deck is prepared for it in advance, it will only see 1 turn of action

Those two points should be a major factor for balance.

This brings up the next point...

When you have three Uroboros:
first turn , draw Uroboro
second turn , draw Uroboro again
third turn , draw Uroboro again
4th turn ,  draw other card like normal

When you have three Jormugandr:
Last 3 card in your deck are: Jormugandr, Jormugandr and Jormugandr.

I think the Jörmungandr should be balanced in comparison to other dragons, so stats lowered a bit.

i think 2 time would too powerful as you can play a 3|3 (4|2 now)for each 2 turn with time mark.

I agree. Even at 4|2, its fairly powerful compared to even vanilla creature stats.

A small decrease might be in order, but since this card is guarnteed to be tricky to get to, so I think its ok for it to have slightly better stats to make up for it.

The upped is highly op now, as you can effectively have 24 card decks with this.

But that is one of the time element's specialties.

For wording, Might I suggest: "Jormungandr: All Jormungandr are placed at bottom of deck."
Similar can be done for Uroboros.

Since Jormungandr are know to be ravenous devourers you could do:
"Jormungandr: All Jormungandr are placed at bottom of deck.
Inflicts 1 damage per turn on owner while in hand or deck."

That would help discourage what Marsu was saying... It would also make it another very fun card to use with nightmare
