I suppose Placing Eclipse would be a little too dependent, after rethinking, I reckon 3  cost for ability should fine imo.

Terribly UP compared to Fallen Elf.
It's like a mono Firefly Queen with less HP that requires 10 extra cards and an eclipse to be considered in the meta-game.
Not to mention that it's a very one-dimensional card; a vanilla mid-range attacker with less cost/damage than gargoyle (compare giant frog to elite cockatrice) and an ability you need to build a whole entire deck around.

I suggest reducing the ability cost for the unupped from 3 to 2

I'll consider the balance measure, but I'd also like to wait for more feedback. Added a poll for ability cost.

Note that the cost of the upped should stay at 3, after considering the initial cost of the card, the HP of the generated creatures, and Eclipse.
