ART: Zblader IDEA: Zblader NOTES: A PC card that encourages you to swarm the field with large amounts of creatures - perfect for an Air rush that includes creatures such as Wind Spirit, who gain attack as you deploy creatures.  Also contains further synergy with ATK-boosting cards outside of Air, such as Blessing, Rage Potion, and Chaos Power. Recast versions of the card target the enemy field randomly. Delayed cards simply fail to function but will not lose any time counters if they are present. Antimatter counts as 0 when taken into consideration by this card. Against shields? Does it do that,

Used against dim shield. Shield had 2 more turns to be active,you de-affected it. Shield stood there for 3 turns without losing counter. But shield lost his affect during these 3 turns,and when its delay is over,shield would be active for 2 turns with losing counters

What fits better than a Tornado, then? (said theme has been done numerous times before, to be fair, but I haven't seen much else in Air that thematically fits as PC)

Redundant name is redundant.  But, yeah, there are various ways to play off the name.  Tempest, Twister, etc.  Not Hurricane, because that thematically requires .
