You can cast gravity pull, and have opponent's creatures stasis after they attack Turtle. You can buff it for a high HP/med ATK guy.

"When in water" refers to flooding. Its immune to flooding, and gains HP and ATK when there.
I put this in because it's much needed synergy.



I made it because time is a more neglected element, and it needs a good creature with an anti-CC ability.

High HP leaves low atk. Flooding immunity is time-water synergy, with a good boost. The pricing is good, as is the creature.
Don't forget rage potion.

Pricing is not good. If we go by the accepted formula, 1 atk (1 cost), hp more than 5 (1 cost), useful ability (1 cost), at most, this card should cost 3 :time. Upgrading it just for that tiny boost and extra quanta is surely not worth it. Flooding isn't even used that much.

Synergy idea - OK, but... there are many old cards nobody uses, this would be a new card that nobody uses. Plus, to get it in water, you need to fill first 5 creature slots with something. I find flooding useful vs non-water swarms, like fractal/phoenixes, fractal/pests, or scarabs, but it's preety hard to attack with it, cause SoP would own the game than.
