Nope? Well, the body of bionic creatures is made up by 50<%<100 water (human body is at ~90%), the water inside conducts electricity to the non-water parts of the body, and that hurts. Electricity can even be lethal.

"~90%" is actually not right, it's below 80%(72-75%). the point is that water only conducts, but it's not hurts water. By the thematic of Elements every mono creature is made of 1 element (don't ask how, just believe it

). Water-type elements has only water in it, so you can't hurt the non-water parts, because it's not existing.
