Nope? Well, the body of bionic creatures is made up by 50<%<100 water (human body is at ~90%), the water inside conducts electricity to the non-water parts of the body, and that hurts. Electricity can even be lethal.
But that's totally off the point.

"~90%" is actually not right, it's below 80%(72-75%).  the point is that water only conducts, but it's not hurts water. By the thematic of Elements every mono creature is made of 1 element (don't ask how, just believe it ). Water-type elements has only water in it, so you can't hurt the non-water parts, because it's not existing.

 Poll is dead, because if someone want to say his/her opinion, rather say it than voting for something similar (or not) to his/her idea.

Simpler is better, I'll vote for taking  part out.

It was meant to balance the -1 cost and the +2 attack. Is it too much nerfing? :/

I like it: Unupped does more damage, upped is a bit more usable.

At first I didn't realize that you both referred to attack power and extra damage also. Since a decrease in skill cost would be a huge buff, I go with -1 card cost.

Very interesting concept. May end up a little OP if you pop SoR on it although a 10 price tag should probably keep that in check... Could be very potent with voodoo dolls too.

A bit weak on hp and attack for the cost... but Quint and SoW could make up there. I would bring price down a bit personally, but other than that I think its fairly balanced.

By the mechanic at the notes, I don't get why the +2 damage is consumed as quanta, but at least there was enough space to word it as this. This wording not changes anything on the mechanic of the card.
