As a rough draft.

Yeah, it's not too useful, but it does its job.

I don’t know if it’s really worth it, since you usually don’t use more than 3 or 4 stacks.

Air has pretty good synergy with it due to damselflies.  Also, even if you just have a mark and one stack of pillars/pends, you get 2 extra quanta for 3 turns, so you gain 6 quanta for the price of 3/2 quanta.  (but your opponent also gains minimum 6 quanta).  It's a card that speeds up both sides, and I think it's an interesting effect to have.

It definitely combines well with PC protection with all the number of stacks. The effect should multiply as one gets more elements in their deck. Nymph's Tears would really take this well, especially in early-game quanta production. Best part is, planning ahead makes the most out of this card, so the enemy's buff is only a worry when they're playing rushes or if you're trying to run a quanta denial.

This is a useful card and I totally support it.

Interesting card, similar to mine in a lot of ways, and while I hadn't seen it before, here's how mine's different.

-applies to quanta producing creatures too
-affects both players
-in the air element
-only lasts 3 turns

Every card or stack of cards that would produce quanta produces 1 more quanta.  But not each air pend (for example) produces one extra, just the whole stack does.

You have an extra line. You can definitely be a bit more descriptive.

Stacks implies permanents only.
