Maybe increase cost by 3/2 and make it:

Luscrfin (idk how to spell that)

I didn't think Elements followed the Laws of Thermodynamics precisely... Doesn't Firefly Queen + Rustler prove that a perpetual motion chain is possible in the world of EtG?

OP how? The only huge increase in quanta that I see from this is fractal, miracle, and sky blitz and maybe aflatoxin and antimatter. An example would be very helpful

Real World Examples don't always equal Elements Examples.

This would be powerful in a rainbow - even if the spell costs very little you could recycle that quantum to play other cards in your deck, and if you're just playing more spells like bolts, Miracles, etc, you're definitely not losing much quantum at all if your deck is very well built. It might be better if it only gave half the quantum, rounded up - this slows down the recycling loop that could happen in a rainbow.

If your referring to the name I don't particularly like it myself but it was the only thing I could think of to fit thematically, suggestions are more than welcome.

When i originally thought up this card that was the intent but now I'm not so sure, should it give the exact cost of the card or random quanta?

I also suggest only getting half the cost. This as it is now makes spells in a sense cost 0, as the net gain would be 0 after playing this.
