NOTES:
Created for Community Challenge: Duality's Legacy (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26964.0.html) Rd 4.

Requirements met:
The cost of the card must be equivalent to the number of characters in its name. (63)
The name of the weapon should only be one word, and it cannot start with any of the letters that start the names of the other rare weapons. (A, D, E, F, J, L, M, O, P, T, V) (69)

This weapon may not be animated through Animate Weapon or any future similar abilities.

I apologize for the bad image of the quanta, I'm stuck using a crappy netbook at the moment that won't let me see the bottom of the Card Creator page to directly put in the marks and had to put it in via pixlr.  I'll fix it in a couple weeks when I'm back to my home computer.

Change notes: Now that competition is over for this card, reduced the quanta gain by  :death for both versions, standardized both at needing to hit 5 or more targets, and reduced price of upped by 1 :darkness.  Also fixed the quanta image in the card text.

I think it's a bit OP having a free thunderstorm every turn (pretty much free). Especially this + fire wall = me rage quitting. And for the text, 'Can't be animated' fits on the card. Also why are the quanta signs smaller? You shouldn't have to copy/paste it.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

The fact that it can't be animated and the cost makes up for the 1 damage to all creatures (including your own), I think.

This would work better as a spell then a structure. The cost could be decreased to 3 or 4 because it is better than a thunderstorm due to the increase of quanta. A plausible alternative to wide spread damage. As a structure it seems too powerful

From the notes: I apologize for the bad image of the quanta, I'm stuck using a crappy netbook at the moment that won't let me see the bottom of the Card Creator page to directly put in the marks and had to put it in via pixlr.  I'll fix it in a couple weeks when I'm back to my home computer. (I also didn't know if I'd have room while copy/pasting the icons to put 'Can't be animated' on the card.  I'd have waited to generate the whole thing, but there's this little contest with time limits...)

As far as it being OP, there's the cost, which is increased above most other weapons because of the static ability, there's also the fact that it does so little damage to the opponent directly (only 1, and only for the upped.)  This is a CC weapon, not meant to be like the rest.

Considering the other weapons that are out there for Crusader to empower, I really don't think that's a reason to consider it OP.  After all, it's not really doing any appreciable damage to the opponent, just to his creatures.  I've already limited it by making it not able to be animated...any other limitations would leave it UP.

I get you, just consider that three crusaders Empowered with Reaper is a Rain of Fire every turn (3damage). Thats nasty beefy meatslap to the face.

Every creature, yours included.  Which is the balancing act, and something that should minimize Endowment (unless the person is playing a Light / Dark / Aether trio).
