why make it a light card? the theme sure looks more like a darkness card to me

Well, I chose to make it light card because of hypnosis theory. Hypnotic state can be achieved by showing patterns of colorful light to a person. That's why I didn't even think of darkness.

this card totally reminds me of some white cards im MtG, where white definitely is about order and control 

but this is elements lol, and therefore, it fits darkness better

I think 3 turns attacking the opponent is a bit OP

Looking at HP swing, it's about a 2/3 turn Antimatter. Having it cost 50%/66% of Antimatter makes it UP, in my opinion.

well spotted, maybe in order to balance it, you could be able to use the target's ability ONCE, for balancing porpuses, like being able to use "devour" from an oty to make it eat one of the opponent's creatures

-it would still make sense, because you are "controlling" your target with hypnosis
