ART: ***Insert artist name*** IDEA: BluePriest NOTES: If you have less than 24 quanta, then the health is 0 which means it would DIE. The reason I chose 24 is because then you still need this to be in a deck with quanta towers to gain any large amount of power. It still requires 8 quantum towers to give it 1 a turn. Supernova would only give it 1 health. I was trying to take all of that into account. The ‡ symbol means it all has to be the same quanta that you use to play it. NOT A STANDALONE CARD!!!! Hmmm . . . not really sure what to make of it just yet.

You've clearly considered all of the major balancing issues that jump to mind with a card like this and you've addressed them, which is good.
