What happens if you use the ability again? Does it act like parallel construct had 0/0 as stats and then adds those of the target?
In that case I dont see many reasons to use this over parallel universe; it is more expensive, delayed by 1 turn and vulnerable to cc and being able to gain the status of a growing creatures is probably not worth the cost and fractal is just way too expensive.
How does it interact with gravity pull, overdrive and liquid shadow and most important vodoo doll? Those could actually offer powerful combos in case it does copy gp (armagio allows spamability which wouldnt be op since its a lot cheaper to simply use a SoFo) and doesnt copy the damaging components of overdrive and liquid shadow.
If it copies a delayed creature is it delayed as well?

When it copies it becomes the target creature exactly, just like parallel universe, except it still has the ability Epitomize.

And skill use only once would be idiotic. That would ruin the point of the card.

The only attributes that are not copied to the Construct are passive and active abilities, yes. (Well, I could include passive, but I ran out of space. I may just change the wording) The incentive for using PC over PU is that it takes 1 cardm but allows for infinite transformations. Epitomize would also offer the golem some semblance of healing, and insures that it is as powerful as the strongest creature on the field so long as you can afford the quanta cost. (However, most Aether decks seem to be flooded with quanta anyway)

Alright, the base health has been reduced to 4. Passive abilities are also now included.
