to work, no way of stopping it when upped, no matter if the card is in the bottom of your deck, and even with the weapon slot empty) you can stop deck-out forever...
Deck-out isn't just "another rule", is the way to avoid lots of decks stalling until they can run an invincible combo (or at least, it slows them down by putting eternity -sometimes 2-, a PA and a 0-1 cost creature)
I guess there must be a way to balance the card, but right now, it's OP, not by itself, but used in a deck (and there's where they are a problem)

I guess only upping the cost to whatever won't be enough or will make the card nearly unuseful, maybe up the cost a bit, and make it return to your deck when killed, or at least reduce the upped one's HP to 1... I dunno
