"Stack" refers to any card that stacks, such as Shard of Gratitude, Pillars, or Bonewall. Delayed permanents simply do not function until delay ends. Delayed stacks negate the entire stack (hence why you also suffer a quanta penalty, in case you decide to target an opponent's pillar stack.)

Like with Ice Bolt and Freeze + Voodoo Doll, playing a weapon/shield over a delayed weapon/shield does not remove the delay.

Sanctuary does not negate Tsunami or Monsoon's effects on you.

Nice card! Very useful.
Could the 3 turn punishment on yourself be a bit too much? I have no solid argument... it's just a feel. Maybe 2 turns for you and 3 for the opponent?

I have my doubts about lowering the 3-turn quantum punishment - in a mono environment where you can shut down your enemy's quantum production for 3 turns (barring pendulums) an extra turn of quantum production for yourself is very useful as you can play at least one more card, and at most you might get the opportunity to play your entire hand quicker than your opponent will. Given that this card is also a low-cost PC that functions like Earthquake or Explosion (possibly better in some cases - this card beats Earthquake if chained on a pillar stack of 4 or more, and beats Explosion in the fact that your opponent can't play a new weapon over a delayed one), I don't really want to make chaining it that easy.

Maybe you're right. If only we were able to test it... :)
On a different note: this card would be really really good coupled with Shard of patience!

From what I understand casting this prevents you from any quanta production(irrelevant of split), but your opponent gets some quanta from split(target one stack only).
Also it is very penalizing if used to block a weapon/perm other than Q producers.
Suggestion: target what to block and your mirror position perm gets the block too. Still meh but something to consider
As a denial fan I like the idea alot, but the penalty for using it seems a bit harsh.

Its got potential, but completely shutting off your quanta production is pretty heavy...
Although (shameless plug warning) if the "Blood"  series takes off, it would provide a way around this...

Just a suggestion. Monsoon is a natural phenomenon about blowing wind or such. Tsunami is destructive disaster.
Tsunami > monsoon
You might want to swap the name.

Yeah, Monsoon is heavy rain, Tsunami is the aftermath of an underwater earthquake.

Speaking of which... isn't tsunami the name of the Trident card's ability?

Card Updated:
Name Changed.
Quanta Penalty Turns lowered from 3 to 2. (In consideration that your disadvantage is harsher and most monos will use a pillar/pendulum split)
Clarified the upgraded card's wording a bit.

Odd question... What happens to bonewall? It is a stack after all.
I.e. does the delay prevent it from losing counters as well or does it just stop the damage prevention?
