I don't think so. You might be interested in looking at Sage's Scale (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,23033.0.html), which had somewhat similar concept.

I am confused. This card reads, to me, like it costs 5 |3 +3 |2 to produce 1specified quanta per turn.

Yes. Tremendously UP with that cost, isn't it? I don't remember why i gave it that cost. You think 1:rainbow|0:rainbow is a fitting ability cost?

Card has been changed as follows:
1. Unupped cost from 5 to 4
2. Both ability costs changed to 1.
3. Upped ability now produces 3 quanta instead of 1
