2. If the opponent has a fairly amount of creatures, let say 3 or 4, the chances of sending an opponent creature to the water are high. While including Arctic Octopus in the deck I make sure that Twister | Tornado is not the only combo. With Arctic Octopus and Twister | Tornado I'm controlling the amount of creatures and the creatures on the field.
2:Flooding is optimal with or without your card. [If you accomplish this without creating an OP card or changing flooding then you have achieved a great challenge. I personally would choose a card that beat this over all others in an instant. This is the mark of a great card designer. I probably would not be up to the task.]
I like the way this card and the example deck create solid CC. and just wondering, but would you actually spin the card?
