Just thought I'd ask for the community's opinion before I actually make a card this time.

I've been wanting a card which could replace Eternity in stall XP
The HP price is a tad odd, a regular price, abut 5 | 4 :darkness?, should do... unless you have a reason for it? (:

funeral, this doesn't stall. At all. All it does is pull in draws early.
Anyway, nice card. I like the idea of it, though there's already Rush/Blitz in the Forge (it is in the Forge, right?) which is somewhat like this.

What happens if you have a full hand? You draw 0 cards and skip 2 draws? Good for anti-deckout...

this is what you get for forcing two thoughts into one post gwahahaha
I meant to say that I favoured the idea of keeping oneself from drawing, but that mixed with the idea of Eternity still being needed to keep one's deck replenished; I'd rather have a card which only stops your own/targeted deck's draws

Should probably change the wording to "up to three" as it currently implies it doesn't work unless you have 3 empty card spots in your hand. This card would be nuts in a speedbow.

I like this card, no ideas on any improvement. I'd say 2 is a good cost for the unupped card considering you also sacrifice 10 HP.

I like your idea of retribution but i think its a little OP. Drawing power is critical. A deck without drawing power will suck compared to a deck with drawing power. As a little reference from Yugioh (yes i play it, dont diss me for it), say this is your hand:

Avarice
Avarice
Avarice
* Tower
* Tower
***
***

Playing the two towers gets you 2 quanta (2), then you play avarice, and you draw 3 more towers. Play all 3 (5), then you play a small creature (2). Play another avarice, draw 2 towers and a monster and play 2 towers (4). Play avarice, draw 2 monsters and 1 tower, play it and then you realise that you have 3 mana. But you also have (count 'em!) 8... YES 8 towers. And you still have an avarice in your hand. You could play that, because when you play multiple avarices in ONE turn you skip TWO turns, so more or less you could draw 18 cards (provided you have enough space) and skip 2 turns. I dunno 'bout you, but i think that is kinda slack. Having a high draw power is broken with a low cost. Please increase the cost! That will only make the card fairer.

Kaos.

Am I the only one who thinks that this is a little bit UP?

You pay 10 HP and 2 :darkness to have an instant draw (well, this is cool) and miss the next two draws (not so cool xD)... Uhm...

Your analysis is correct. I think that making the drawing skip stackable will solve it all.
So, for example you play 3 avarice and then you skip 6 draws.

I'm not sure about the cost. I think that the HP loss should be mantained even on the upped version, maybe only 5 HP.
Have you thought to make the card decreasing your maximum HP?

Nice card, anyway.

I think it's a way to keep the cost low, so it can be used in rush deck (even on 1st turn), but give a disadvantage (lower HP) to the player.

The upgraded version is WAY OP.

The unupgraded version might be OP too, but at least the price is steep.

10 HP isn't steep considering its in the element with vamps and stilletos. The card is just OP all around.
