It's a useful card especially when used in combination with pendula. SERIES:

Hm. interesting idea, but two consecutive single-targeting, one of the marks/players, and one of your quantum pool.

were you originally intending this to be a card to grief your opponent with early in the game, or to strategically switch your own mark?

Really, I'd say getting the pillar of the Element you need would be better, as it wouldn't cost anything, and you aren't losing something. Even if you don't know what Element it would be, a Quantum Tower would be better also. The intention was probably to screw with the enemy :3

Both. I wanted the card to be versatile.

I personally recommend that it should be changed to this:

Change the target mark's element into another random element for 3 turns.

that way its a little easier and still has the same concept, the only difference is that you don't have the element of choice, but rather guarantees a different element to the current.

double targeting seems like a hard one imo.

but cool idea, i would say that this is more useful against any non-rainbow deck in early game.
