This idea has been recounted several times before and variations of which are present in the higher levels of the poll system.

Also, fix the title of the thread.  And I highly doubt that the art really is of your own creation.

To clarify the above point about the title: You're title is "Mimic I Phase Mimic", whereas you're suppose to use the pipe character, so "Mimic | Phase Mimic"

On the card itself: I feel the alternative implementations of this idea are better. This could always be changed to repeat the last active ability used (Not sure how it'd work with Mitosis, and whether it'd keep it's ability after mimicing Déjà Vu)

That idea has also been proposed with an idea that is currently in the Armory.
