NOTES:
Balling up = Similar to Burrow, where armadillo can no longer attack and cannot be attacked/targeted. One Armadillo per target creature. If the target creature dies, Armadillo un-burrows and remains on field but can no longer target.  Effected by flooding.

Effects of Ball up:

1. Activated when creature targets another creature.
2. When in Ball up it burrows but it is unable to attack.
3. If target creature is destroyed. Armadillo unburrows and is now able to attack, but it cannot retarget.
4. If flooding is on the field, and Armadillo in flooded area will die.
6. Only one Armadillo per target creature.

I don't like the name because we already have Armedilgo.

I was thinking about a lockdown combo with Bonds, Mitosis, and RT. Or something. Not sure if viable though.

Mitosis, is possible but only one creature can be targeted per Armadillo.  Bonds could make for a strong earth/life deck.  Any other name suggestion since Armadillo is close to Armedilgo? This deck could also work with (devour) creatures. It very flexible and can be used for multiple purposes in multiple decks.

23 immortal creatures on board, with Bond and Diamond it could be a great stall. Could also be made Stallbow for that purpose, i like it.

The Armadillo name thingy was supposed to be humorous. The name is fine.

Might be a problem with wardens, as you'd no longer need to duo to make them deadly. I'm also not quite sure I understand the mechanic all that well. The card text needs to do a better job of explaining what actually happens.

My default opinion of a new card is OP. Your job as a card creator will have to be to convince me otherwise.

the removal of negative status effects when balled up doesnt make sense.  especially for poisoning.

also, i think im missing how the armadillo 'grappling' and rolling into a ball could thematically empower another creature.  actually, this card remind me of symbiote (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,46477.0.html) very much.

It's simple. Use Mitosis on one. Have all the recurring Armadillo's use their effect on the one in the middle that's spawning like mad, so it doesn't die. Quint it if you're worried about stuff, and Momentum... Well, Quint + Momentum is traditionally a catch-all situation.

Yeh, Quint and Momentum combo will work with any card.  Also its one armadillo per target creature, so they can't stack their effect on the one with mitosis.
