I'm with Essence on this one. I don't understand why it's a creature. Could you give an explanation of what a Fluxonator is and how it fits into the Time element? Also, pillars/towers are permanents, so if your opponent plays a tower of any kind, you will draw a card from it? That seems quite overpowered. In addition, this would be the first card in Elements that would force a player to act during the other player's turn, something I'm almost positive Zanz does not want to implement.
