As it stands it would seem so, though it would be 1 turn behind cremation since it would have to wait for summoning sickness to end. I actually kind of like the slight speed reduction, but then I'm not a huge fan of Immo rushers myself.

yes, I saw that one too and the cards are definitely quite similar. But the key difference is that this card can be used offensively to remove a skill from an enemy creature, like lobotomize or liquid shadow. I would think that makes it significantly different.
