The concept is quite versatile(i can see it fit on entropy, gravity and light just with minor adjustments). Maybe you should consider to see with element can make the most of such a card(although light already has miracle so i would say its down to gravity or entropy).

Perhaps it's not very useful against firestall (not destroying the quanta sources themselves), that's true... However, against Stone Skin-decks, it could be very good... Also, in cases of emergency. I think...

Ok, i did it.
To be honest, the only thing that came into my mind thinking of Equilibrium was thermodynamic equilibrium.
And the only thing that came into my mind after that was hot and cold clashing together.
So i made a flame and a piece of ice that meets in the middle, generating energy.
I hope you like it!
I made two versions:

The first has the right color for fire and ice, and a purple :entropy overlay over it.



The Second is totally in purple. Still fire and ice, but they're :entropy colored!


Feel free to use one of them if you like them.

So, 15 :entropy, and I suddenly lower my opponent's health to 51, and bring mine up 49 points? That's if I have 2 health left. I don't like a game-changer like that.

And if I have 2 health left, and I play a Miracle for 15 Light Quanta, I'll have 99 HP. Similar, I think.
