Sooo the general consensus at this moment seems to be:
1. Effects are unstackable
2. Deals physical damage (similar to weapons)
3. Perhaps higher cost or an upkeep cost?
I've got an additional, perhaps obvious question that didn't seem to have been explicitly stated yet. But I felt clarification wouldn't hurt.
Does the death of a spark|ball lightning trigger damage? If so, that would create new problems, especially if this spawned sparks...sparking each turn once you get one kill...
