I think there can be a better name for the skill for a Pixie =p

I love the costs and idea though-

Personally, I think the ability should cost quanta, since revealing opponent's hand and delay effects both fall under that element.

Otherwise I think its a pretty nifty card.

changed it. the ability cost turned to darkness and precog effect is taken out

I'd think it's far too similar to Thunderbird which is already in the Armory.

Well the balancing here really depends on how much quanta is destroyed.
Can't make it too powerful with discord though.

Its based on permanent dependent decks. will practically destroy aether decks that use Dim sheilds + mindgates and rush time that has multiple hourglasses + delay.
 most permanents are cheap, it gets OP when it targets Weapons(eternity and titan are very consuming).
ill allow it to target shields(most Shields are immaterial and reflective) and weapons cannot be targeted.
plus , its a creature. it can be easily killed and get rid off
should i change ability cost ?

hourglass cost 4  quanta, dim shield cost 6   ....... they lose that same amount of quanta if targeted
...
skull sheild=3, fog=2, dusk=4, and etc.
depends on element.
the creature is fragile to spells and lobotomy. cards focus is to disrupt the enemy's usage of strong cards

Yeah this might be too strong against monos... especially in combination with discord. while it's true they do need a permanent on the field... you know idk. again it can't be too powerful against just a couple of decks and then suck against everything else. To me that's an obvious example of unbalanced. Situationalness doesn't turn an OP card into not op just by that fact alone.

idk maybe if it wasnt both of the quanta disrupting elements
