Afterthoughts: Requesting Art and Refining Balance
Yeah, this card has come a long way, but it still has a few things to run through.As the title implies, we're going through one more reviewing of balance of our technically complete card for roughly a week :

2. Vehicle/Delivery - The effect is discussed on whether it will be a creature, spell, or permanent. Effect is refined and secondary effects are also discussed.
3. Theme - the card's theme is determined, e.g. if the card should be a giant lizard or a entity of quantum energy.
4. Element - The card's element is determined.
5. Name and Art - Card's name and art is determined.
