Why do you think the cost needs to be increased?

for two assorted quantum a turn it needs to cost more for it to be able to give that quantum

I think the cost is okay, a little over 2 quanta is what a dual pillar would be worth (a pillar that made for example).  This costs 3|2 because it can potentially generate more than once per turn, but it's extremely fragile with just 2 HP.
