IDEA:

NOTES:
A crowning jewel for a deck using discard effect mechanics. It forces both players to draw until their hands are full, then discard one card from their deck for each card they just drew.

In addition to providing a means to power otherwise hard to access discard effects, this card has great utility for deckout strategies.

Some details to account for:
-If a card is discarded from deck, it would still trigger discard effects (since it is "discarded") of the other cards in this series
-If a GoTP is discarded from deck, it would trigger that card's damage effect (GoTP users beware this card makes for a fun counter)
-The "Generate :time if discarded" effect will trigger when discarded from deck.
-The discarded cards are discarded from the top of the deck. This occurs AFTER cards are drawn to hand.

Interesting. I can see the devastating effect of this card, and I believe it is on the same tier as Fractal and Miracle. In this case, I would recommend removing the discard effect of this card and making it draw all  :time when played (with a cost decrease, of course)

Hmmm, I did want to fit in the "comsume all :time " effect, but wouldn't removing the discard reduce its potency as a deckout weapon?

Also, part of the goal of the series is to introduce cards that provide positive bonuses when discarded. This card is meant to provide a means to power those effects.

... I'm still trying to come up with more, but the idea is:
Each card will provide 1 :time when discarded (to build a unique quanta supply source for time)
Each card will have an effect that either triggers when a card is discarded or causes a card to be discarded to power an ability
