bone wall costs 7 :death
this card is 5 :death + with attack... i would use poison or devour it myself for cheaper bone wall
this has good synergy with bonewall and death effects...  generates sacrificial skele

cheaper, sure.  but if you need to use another creature or card you have to count that cost as well.  It isnt always guaranteed you can have the second card k. hand or play.  so, less reliable than just casting bone wall.

Will the bonewall generation overwrite an existing bonewall?
The mechanic has some interesting potential either way.

The skill seems very UP though. Even for 2 skellies, sacrificing a pillar just doesn't seem worth it... especially with an additional activation cost.
It needs a little something else for that oomph...
What if it had a small chance of making a bone dragon?

Hm, strange. The effect on death is very very strong, the other stuff (stats & active ability) is very very weak. It does somehow make for a balanced card all in all, but... I can only see this in an immo bow with Death mark. Did you have some combinations in mind while making this?

Will this be able to affect opponent's pillars?
(Nymph's tear says "Turn one of your pillars" but I can target the opponent's pillars with it)

A couple replies.

Yea, this would overwright your current bone wall just as if you had cast a new one.  This could potentially work to your disadvantage.

No, you can't sacrifice opponents cards.

On balancing, not sure what direction to take it based on replies.  Seems like it's pretty close as is.  Not sure how UP the ability is though, say you had an eclipse in play, for every 1 quanta and 1 Tower you get two 4/3 creatures put into play.  Do that a few turns in a row and that's a lot of beatdown.

At least it's not a card broken by Fractal :)

It would be very amusing if you could somehow force a copy onto your opponent's field and then kill it.
It would give :death a means of shield specific PC ( Dim. Shield beware! )

Nice idea!

My suggestions:

- when it dies, it gives just one layer of Bone Wall (instead of a 7-pack). (Note that it will increase an existing BW stack by 3)
- reduce the cost a lot. Make it cost one or two quantums, max.
- keep the current effect as it is, but reduce its cost to one quantum as well.

This way, we have a nice original little fella, that will be easy to cast, that will be a good thing to sacrifice, and that will have an interesting way to recycle your pillars during the mid game. Slightly strong, but not OP.

Upped version should be able to sacrifice a tower or a pillar, and decrease ability cost by  :death or just make it free.

- when it dies, it gives just one layer of Bone Wall (instead of a 7-pack). (Note that it will increase an existing BW stack by 3)
- reduce the cost a lot. Make it cost one or two quantums, max.

Just 1 layer of bone wall is hardly useful. Even for a small cost, nobody would want to put it in their deck, as there are efficient ways of creation and destruction of fodder creatures.

Addition of two extremes doesn't make one reasonable card when put together. I was just reading about argument fallacies on Wikipedia :p

While I respect your input, it seems to me that you don't see the potential of a single layer of Bone Wall added to your defense.
With one layer... You can use your Oty to add 2 of them, you can cast a Rain of Fire or a Pandemonium to gain tons of them, etc. A single layer is still a total immunity to the next damaging source, it is quite good anyway. ^^

It is not "hardly usefull", I feel that it is a very strong but balanced bonus.

Thanks for commenting my suggestion anyway. :)

Right, but I see no reason to use this card instead of just putting up a bone wall.

Bone wall costs 6 / 5 :death and has no delays in getting out 7 layers of bone wall.

Let's say bone savant costs 2 / 1 :death as you wrote. To kill it, you need a card (cost of 1 or 2 quarta minimum), and to get the 6 additional layers of bone wall, you need to get 3 normal creatures or 2 bone savants killed somehow, which will take additional quarta.  You also need all the necessary cards in your hand to make sure you get 7 layers up before your enemy destroys it.
