This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.
Orianna made a sound that supposed to a girl's squeal of glee and hugged The Ball. While it might have been touching, it was unfortunately only horrifying.

This seems a little much with nightfall/eclipse in the same elements, imo.  If you want to keep the orphan idea, it should be no more than 2.

Seems pretty strong. For only 5 :darkness You get 2 poison counter per turn? Then with nightfall and the orphans? Seems overpowered to me.

It would be just adding another poison creature to Elements, this time a Super Scorpion anti CC and in Darkness. We already have chyasora, puffer fish, dune scorp, scorpion and forest scorp. Please, no more of the same thing. It's not an unique idea.

have any card in element summon other creature when itself die?

how different between 12 kind of dragon?  how different between vanilla creature?  how different between some shield?  oh...  and how different between all card that you talking about (but it come in this game in the same update...)   and it even still stay in this game?   could you tell me how different between crusader and all kind of weapon that already have in game?  it's only a creature that can use a weapon ablity... 

are that really important to have your 'unique'?
