yes upped is more expensive because it effects your opponents field as well and might steal/trade some creatures. I'm not 100% on the costs so some suggestions would be nice

It could change the attack order of your creatures or throw some useless/bad creatures on the opponents field. As far as very low use unupped cards go look at shards, they are completely useless unupped. I wanted to make a card that had a underpowerd mechanic unupped and became very useful upped, maybe I made unupped too weak, any suggestions for the mechanic?
