What would be the point of changing the order of attack? Besides that, +2|+0 seems OP for 1 air.

The point of that is in case of things such as gravity pull or Bonewall, let's u save ur heavy hitter for later, or bring one up if you've got a antimattered creature that will prolong the match. I might have overpowered the buff, but that's there in case the opponent does not have the cards that make turn order matter, like how purify gives you slight regeneration.

Why so? Chaos Power is an average +3|+3 for 1 . With the added ability this has I think it's balanced.

Changing the order of attack and not the order of position seems like it would be difficult codewise. Perhaps switch the target creature and the creature in Position 1 instead?

That would work...But thematically, I might need a new element if i'm changing positions. Air works for this idea since it's the element for speed and fast movement, but switching positions might be more time or aether. As a matter of fact, there's another card, in the crucible i think, that is aether and not only does that, but allows you to throw your opponent's creatures as well.

Switching positions would be more air than time/aether. Think about birds taking point when they're flying in a V.
