Isn't antimatter 8 unupped and 6 upped? I figured that 2 or 3 for unupped would be fine and 3/4 for upped since it also gives a chance to turn a creature into a skele.

Don't know if its been done before... I did have a similar idea I never got around to, though I was going to have the attack slowly return over time.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

I changed the unupped to 3 since it seems more reasonable at that than 2.

My default opinion of a new card is OP. Your job as a card creator will have to be to convince me otherwise.
