NOTES:
This card moves a creature from its position to another position in the same side of the field. Therefore if the opponent has many creatures in the center row it is more probable that the targeted creature is thrown to the upper or lower row.

Confusion is, for the concept of this card, a new condition or status effect that disables the creatures ability for an amount of turns and makes it attack a random target. The target could be any creature on the field or any player, with a higher probability of targeting creatures of your opponent or your opponent (about 60%).

Here's an example of a deck:
Code: [Select]
7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gm 7gm 7gm 7go 7gp 7gr 7gr 7gr 7gt 7gt 7gt 7h1 7h1 7h1 7i6 7i6 7i6 7n7 7n7 7n7 7na 7na 7naMark of Air
7 Water Tower            3 Water Pendulum
3 Abyss Crawler          3 Arctic Dragon
1 Ice Lance                 3 Inundation
1 Permafrost Shield     3 Shockwave
3 Arctic Octopus         3 Tornado
My justification for OldTrees' Challenge
1. Twister | Tornado makes an opponent creature almost useless for 2 to 3 turns, so I think its optimal by itself.
2. If the opponent has a fairly amount of creatures, let say 3 or 4, the chances of sending an opponent creature to the water are high. While including Arctic Octopus in the deck I make sure that Twister | Tornado is not the only combo. With Arctic Octopus and Twister | Tornado I'm controlling the amount of creatures and the creatures on the field.

2:Flooding is optimal with or without your card. [If you accomplish this without creating an OP card or changing flooding then you have achieved a great challenge. I personally would choose a card that beat this over all others in an instant. This is the mark of a great card designer. I probably would not be up to the task.]
Twister fails on the second half (the important half) of the second challenge. (like most of the submissions)
It does pass the other parts of my challenges. (the less important parts that all/most submissions are passing)

I like the way this card and the example deck create solid CC.
and just wondering, but would you actually spin the card?
It is the greatest mystery of all...

I'd like it to.
