What does the 2nd one mean?
They all gain dive for 2  and can be used that turn, but only that turn, or does the dive boost activate immediately at no cost except for the spell cost?

is  too expensive for the 1st one? You just consumed all your  , so youll hardly be able to make use of it unless mono air

The second one seems to be much more stronger than the first, it can easily win for you by creating a sudden super damage burst that can kill an unwary opponent.

I like the first better, it can't be abused so easily.
I suggest the cost of dive be different depending on the attack of the creature, though...

I think it fits air perfectly. Gives airborne creatures more use, massive dive makes more sense with using airborne, and dive is one of airs special skills, just like how gravity has momentum

not neccessarily. There are fg decks designed around fractal and hope. Thats not considered op though. Ir all depends on how it will work with other cards, not just on its own. A card could work great on its own, but not really have any good synergies, and so it really stink. Now, if it was played with this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8449.0.html) card, then it would be pretty op, but since that card isnt real either, then theres nothing TOO OP about this card.
