I was playing around with the following deck, except replace Fire Shields with Inferno Tempests:

This card must be built around, and not just blindly put in decks. Your win condition is to erase your opponent's deck and then take care of what's on the field. After that, your opponent will be wide open (without a way to recover).
The point is to keep one opposing creature alive and buff it up. After IT activates, Antimatter or Reverse Time handles the stray creature in one shot. This deck managed to get the job done against AIs, but I forgot to add damage to actually finish them off. :V
Firestall also appreciates an immaterial asset that prevents the opponent from going over a certain damage boundary. Stalling is not useless if you only leave one opposing creature alive (which you can instantly kill with a beefy Firebolt).
Seeing the negative feedbacks, I should have picked Paradox Reshuffler instead.
