To get this card approved for the competition:
-Fix the punctuation discrepancies between the card text and the ability table description (remove the comma in regards to the non-upped card, and remove the last period for the upgraded card)


I kind of like this card, especially when you have creatures that are getting completely out of hand (Ablaze, Growth, etc.), and you don't have damaging cards to kill them in time. You did a pretty impressive job on illustrating 'Modesty' for the idea of having a creature 'weaken' (i.e. - show restraint of confidence) in accordance to a creature that may not be very harmful at all.

For Modesty to be your Virtue it must be your guidelines, not something you inflict on someone else. If you hold affliction on someone else you are making judgement, not holding virtue.

Why do you think your shard holds to the virtue of Modesty?

by showing to a brutal creature a Shard of Modesty the creature itself is enlighetend by its virtue thus showing a glimpse of modesty on the battlefield.
