ABILITY:
The target creature's skill using state is now activated.

NOTES:
It is a Shard that link to Air.

After being targeted by this spell, the creature can use its skill again although it has used its skill in the same turn.
The creature will gain the light surrounding the card which is the state that it can use the activate skill.
Also it can use to target creatures come into play this turn and make them able to use skill.
Chain this card and make some skill be used multiple times in one turn can be very strong, but require a lot of cards and good draw to do so.

Eg.  make growth creatures come into play stronger and harder to be killed.
use on creatures such as Steam Machine or Wyrm to rush.
use on creatures like Firefly Queen to spawn faster.
use on creatures such as Maxwell Demon that come into play this turn to have instant creature control.

pretty neat idea,
but i am thinking about if it is worth the card spot in a deck...

(also the type is "spell" not "permanent"  [description])

Just like SoR, at first people think it isn't worth,
but it will has its uses anyway.

at least this card can be very strong with dive ability and become a key card of a mono air rush deck.

the difference between SoR and this is that the creature with SoR gets a "new" power (the skill cost is now 0) while this card grants an advantage that the creature would get anyway the next turn...

its usefulness would be very situational.. for example : your opponent has an ultharid in play and you have an ultharid too... you wait for the shard of poverty, play the ultharid and the SoP and lobotomize your opponent's ultharid...

if i want to rush with air i'd rather have another wyrm in my hand rather than a card that lets me activate the just played wyrm's ability...

Getting one more turn to use the skill is not the only advantage, it also gives a surprise element. Like when there's a mindflayer on the field, you could pop out an oty and eat it at the same turn, with no way to counter. This can be quite overpowered and it will change much of the current game balance.

Actually, this would cause the same issue as PU'd diving creatures. Damage goes X2,X4,X8,X16 with enough of these shards.

I think he's saying it's overpowered, just as I was suggesting.

 keeping the discussion alive :)

actually it's the dive ability that has some "problems"... not this card
the dive ability should double the base damage of the creature till the end of turn, but it actually seem to double the current damage, i don't recall any other cards or effects that raise the current (not base) attack of a creature other than dive...

diving a creature multiple time SHOULD double its damage only ONCE (base damage x 2 , base damage x 2 , base damage x 2 , base damage x 2 ...)

Although the dive ability double the current damage now, I agree it should double the base damage when the ability is used more than one time each turn. This will be the exceptional case that many other OP combo does, such as SoR on Leaf Dragon.

I like how it allows you to overcome 'summoning sickness'. However, the ability to use an ability one additional time in a turn might warrant a higher cost maybe?
