An infected creature is just like any other infection except when the creature dies it infects all adjacent creatures allowing the virus to continue. if no creatures are there then it just diminishes. I agree with Trees, the poisoning of both players seems like kind of a random addition to the infecting of one(/two) creature(s).

Maybe "Target creature(s) is infected. Infected creatures are contagious upon death." Or something. Details are up to you.

i am keeping it as is for now. IT is a redo of my first version for the competition. It is meant to go with infectious mass that eats poison counters to get bigger, hence the poison the players.. Since the Elemental playing is contagious 1 to 2 creatures becomes infected and the virus spreads via that route.
