Yes - it's NOT perfect - as in, it's not exactly as great of a card. In rainbows, you usually don't get that much water quanta anyways. You really need water monos with a bit of life to kick it.
in the rainbows i've tried out i've never had a hard time get water, but hey thats just me
I rarely get up to 50 though. My rainbow uses a Forest Spirit and Ulitharid - I should replace the Spirit with a Steam Machine (now that I hate an Elite Queen) and maybe even add a Toadfish (use up some air)/Pufferfish. Either way, Usually I get 20-30, but that's about it.

To Be Crucible Ready
- The Name in the Table needs to match the name on the card
- The Element needs to be written in words (Note :life means life quanta not the element life)
- The Text in the table needs to match the text on the Card image

Questions / Comments / Suggestions
This seems powerful, For every Water quanta I can do 1 Damage to the opponent?

I'm confused- a permanent is doing damage to the opponent? So is it a weapon? Although weapons don't tend to have activated abilites.

I think that it is overpowered though. Building up even 20/30 water quanta isn't difficult. And you can't say 'Oh well there's steal and deflag', because then you've got a basis for making creatures with 40|10, saying 'well you've got Fire Storm and Fire Bolt and Drain Life- there's loads of ways to kill it'.
So I'm not sure the Infinte use per turn thing is the best way to go

Huh? The middle criteria I changed (and I'll probably need to change on all my cards, :/), but I think my submission is fine with the first and third...

Should I make it, say, grow up to five times per turn? The damage/cost ratio isn't exactly high (half that of Forest Spirit, in fact).

You need to scrub "elite" off the upped card name so it matches your card image.

The Card text in the table needs to be exactly the same as it appears on the card so not to confuse anyone just reading the table.

As Per power level, Forest Spirit is once per turn and creatures are relatively easy to kill or control. This is more effective than firebolt at dealing damage because it can be used multiple times over several turns, or just wait up until the killing blow. It could be balanced by making it a semi creature a weapon type permanent that you can boost its damage output by 1 once per turn, but the power level stays. This sort of thing:

Forest deals 1 damage per turn to opponent.
:water Expanding: Forest has its damage increased by 1 permanently.

This way shields can block some damage but it hangs around and its not raging out of control for every :water you can pump into it.

I don't think a Forest is a weapon. :/ It's the only reason I didn't make it a weapon in the first place.

Would a cap be better? 3 sounds appropriate and unique. And remember steal - this card with 15 damage pumped into will deal 15 damage to YOU instead if stolen. And it's not like Life and Water have any perm control...

Here's how this permanent works: You use the ability for the first time, the permanent deals 1 damage, like a weapon. Let's say you use it 5 times in one turn. It deals 5 damage.
You already said it was a permanent like a weapon. So what was was wrong with me suggesting a permanent like a weapon?

Steal is just a handicap for it, you can't make a card above the power level just because it could be stolen.

Permanent like a weapon like it can deal damage like a weapon (with a counter indicating damage like hope); however, it does not take up the weapon slot, because it can't be wielded by an elemental.

Still, I personally believe a cap of 3 should balance it. I mentioned Steal because it handicaps it terribly. I need your confirmation on the cap to 3 before I edit. (besides, that water symbol looks yucky....this was my first card done, and I didn't delete individual black pixels back then.)

I agree it should not take up your weapon slot.
If you think 3 should balance it, go with that.
I'm only offering advice, there is no forcing you to do anything you don't want to and except for the crucible guidelines there is nothing preventing any idea how powerful moving up the to the crucible.

You should try pixlr.com if you want an editor to drop the icons in with. It does layers and can pick up the icons from the forum with ease.

Hmm, then what IS preventing it from moving up to the crucible? :)

I used MS Paint up to today, today being the day I learned about pixlr.com (I thought it was another card generator website, xD).

With what I see in the entry right now, just the Disparity in the Card text in the image and that of the table. They need to be exactly the same.
You have already fixed the other issues.

You mean I have to put the :water before the ability name? I just did it Bloodshadow style.
