ART: Unknown (http://www.sxc.hu/) IDEA: kobisjeruk NOTES: It is a 'fading' permanent similar to Sundial (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1945.0.html) and Dimensional Shield (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1988.0.html). Whenever you would draw a card, either by the mandatory draw at the start of your turn or by other means such as from the 'Hasten' ability, you will draw an additional card for each of this permanent you have in play at the moment. The draw is also considered mandatory which means if you can't draw anymore, you will lose the game. How about just make your hand full of cards fro your deck, something like that.

that would be too powerful considering it is pretty easy to get rid of your entire hand via cheap cards
this way you get the benefit even just by itself and it gets better (but not too powerful since it 'fade' away) if you combine it with any drawing mechanism

But think about it, if your hand is full of cards, you can lose more easily because of the lack of cards.

Well... If you combine it with precognition or sundial... It can be really OP.
Without that its kind of OP already. Drawing an extra card a turn for 3 time only?
Hmmm... Might be a good idea with some nerfing

do you even know how fading permanent works?
they dont last forever, that in itself is a nerf
you came in my threads saying OP this and OP that but nothing you actually said convince me to question the OP-ness issue
the card itself last for (at most) 3 turn (upgraded) so that is 2 free cards if you dont combine it with anything else
but of course combining it will get you some more, even at that, theres the issue of what to combine it with?
certainly you'll want to combine it with card drawing mechanism but which is the best candidate?
how not to go overboard with card drawing?

you're not seeing the big picture, you went for "oh its OP if combined with other card drawing" because you dont think about anything beyond that
