Card border redesign competition entry

these are my entries to the card border redesign competition,
with this design, i wanted to accomplish a different and more unique style of card, one which doesn´t need to follow the stereotypical looks of a card, such as the image being always in the center, i wanted to create a different structure to the card. as you can see, the attack-defense stats of the creature card are on the side and not in the image, this way the image isnt disturbed and readability of stats are easier, especially with the arrow border design, pointing down at it.
the bottom arrow is there to point at the "upgrade" symbol when it is present, as you can see in the "Discord" upgraded card. also i wanted to give more attention to the actual element of the card with the transparent image of the element´s icon in the background of the card.
a new and colourful design overall.

The most colorful design so far. Great design with plenty of unique features.

It looks a bit too well did for its own good. The detailings you gave to the sides of the card make it look like a real life card made of plastic. It looks a bit too real and i think that a more fantasy like design would be much better for a game like elements.

thanks for the analysis  , I made this design after I took a look at the other competing designs, i found that they were mostly clean and slick, aswell as the current design in the game. so I wanted to create something unique and more detailed, hence the arrow-borders on the upper left side of the card, It gives it more detail and attention to the card design aswell as the image itself, but i see what you mean by the realism of the card, thanks for that .
