First of all I wish to note that this is a classic desynchronization bug: it only affects pvp since on each side one spell has a different effect.
Second, this only affects unupgraded Pandemonium.

I had recently found this awesome combo of Cloak + Pandemonium and was testing it against the ai for a potential trials/war deck. Pandemonium doesn't hit your creatures while they're cloaked, you see. I'm not sure whether or not it's intentional, but in pvp your opponent will "see" your creatures being affected. Cloak does not disappear, but I've had that other side attack an apparently gravity pulled creature that was not gravity pulled from the users' perspective.

Here's a pair of screenshots of Stealing a Cloak after which Pandemonium is used and a desync is shown. Note that the Stealing part is irrelevant other than it explaining why on the first picture Cloak shows up at the other side from the right perspective.

Reading the card description I would call this a bug. If all creatures are supposed to be affected by Pandemonium, why shouldn't it remove the invisibility of your own ones but leave them untouched instead? Strictly speaking, the card does not specify whose invisibility is removed but the rest of the the text does not seem to imply that this only holds for your enemy's creatures.

Even the wiki authors have noticed it:

::) But if it's intended to leave the caster's side untouched if it's cloaked (and only in that case if unupped), one must call it a bug anyway. Which only shows up in PvP because we'll hardly see an AI cloaking its creatures before casting Pandemonium except if someone makes an Arena deck based on this.

And what if both sides are cloaked? I suspect that if Player A casts Pandemonium in that case, he'll see B's cloak removed and B's creatures affected while B will watch A removing his cloak and A's creatures being damaged while his own side will remain untouched. Epic desync afterwards :-X

I don't see what the glitch is.

When I was messing around with this before (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=31439.0) I had a theory about why this works. I think it's because mass CC spells target each creature individually, that's why mass CC has to destroy invisibility in order to work. However it only has the ability to destroy enemy Cloaks, so it fails to target any of your creatures.

If your opponent has a Cloak and uses Pandemonium the opponents' creatures will get hit by its own Pandemonium, despite having -and keeping- a Cloak. Of course, desynch ensues if you try it in pvp because one side thinks the cloaked creatures were protected and the other side doesn't.
