First of all I wish to note that this is a classic desynchronization bug: it only affects pvp since on each side one spell has a different effect.
Second, this only affects unupgraded Pandemonium.
I had recently found this awesome combo of Cloak + Pandemonium and was testing it against the ai for a potential trials/war deck. Pandemonium doesn't hit your creatures while they're cloaked, you see. I'm not sure whether or not it's intentional, but in pvp your opponent
will "see" your creatures being affected. Cloak does not disappear, but I've had that other side attack an apparently gravity pulled creature that was not gravity pulled from the users' perspective.
Here's a pair of screenshots of Stealing a Cloak after which Pandemonium is used and a desync is shown. Note that the Stealing part is irrelevant other than it explaining why on the first picture Cloak shows up at the other side from the right perspective.
