That's because every instance of Gravity Pull complete replaces all previous instances on one side of the board. So the effect from the card is now identical to Armagio's ability.

What she said.

The way I understand it, is that Gravity Pull only effects one creature at a time. So if you have 6 Armaggios in play at once, all with Gravity Pull activated, it does not give you a theoretical hitpoint total of 250 = 100+25*6.

I think it would be a logistical coding nightmare of epic proportions to make it so that all incoming damage is spread equally between every creature which has the Gravity Pull buff. But, then again, it would be hellishly cool... *imagines a card which puts Gravity Pull on all enemy creatures in play for 3 turns*...

I might be wrong about the coding nightmare - I really know nothing at all when it comes to syntax and well.. ehh, yeah...

Well, the Gravity Pull card used to allow for multiple creatures to have GP status, handled like a stack. The last creature to acquire the status was the first to take damage. When it died, the next to last creature to get Pulled would take damage next, on down the line until the first creature that was Pulled took the final damage. Now none of that applies, so it's a much simpler, easier system to keep track of.

Yes, I would too, just for the sake of PUing an Armada of grav.pulled Titans. ;-)

Zanzarino said it's intended to be like this now and that having multiple grav.pulled creatures would cause way too many issues.

That is a shame...

There goes my card idea of:

Permanent: 'Graviton Curtain' - All creatures in play are gravity pulled for 2 turns.

On a more serious note, the old mechanic is much preferable - maybe later on we can cross our fingers and hope it gets re-implemented :)
