Oracle coins/card bug

I went on Elements today to see if I got anything from oracle, I got a nymph card "a red coloured nymph" and 600 coins. After I played a match, it said the coins that my 600 coins were gone, I went to my deck to check if my nymph card was gone... Yes it was gone aswell. Could someone fix this?

Was there a red flashing button that said "Disconnected" on the top left of your screen? Any progress made while you're disconnected is not saved to the game servers.

No, it wasn't disconnected, I was playing and the progress was saved

Did you have more than just that one game open? Did you have the game open in multiple browsers, on multiple computers, something like that?

Nope, the only places I play this game is at home and at school when I have free time.
And I didn't have more than 1 window with Elements, and I just use firefox at home and internet explorer at school.
