I was fighting Obliterator with a varient of NOT FG deck. On one of my turns, I drew a card which came up in the center of my screen as a sanctuary. Then, as the animation goes, the card shrunk towards my hand but instead of becoming a card in my hand, disappeared completely. It didn't appear on the field, didn't drain quanta, there was enough space in my hand. Next turn I drew a RoL so my draws just continued as normal.
I couldn't get a screenshot. I also wasn't the card left in my deck so I've no idea whether it counter as a draw. I did try to draw through my deck to see how many sancs were left (my deck has 2). However, I drew and played one but the match ended when I had 10 cards left.
