Random ideas:
 - Make it target players as well and increase the max Health bonus to like +5 (+10 Upped).
 - Add passive ability: Heavy (cannot be rewound)
 - Add passive ability: Slow (like running into procrastination: stunned after each attack) except for :earth Creautres.
 - Add a physical damage reduction of 2 to the creature (not stackable).
 - Each other creature you control gains +0|+1 (+0|+2)
 - Fully Heal the creature targeted.

Actually, I thought that one was slightly OP.
Armagio + BBs and that Armor for 1 :earth would gain a similar effect to Miracle.

With the current meta game which is based almost solely on offensive prowess, I think heavy Armor should change its effect to +2/+2 unuped to give earth some of the balance it always sees and +3/+3 uped to be able to compete with blessing but with a different element.
